"Surprisingly easy to use"
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the website was to navigate. I found everything I needed really quickly without any hassle.

"Got sorted in the end"
I had a bit of a stressful start because my booking confirmation didn’t come through at first, so yeah, you start wondering if something’s gone wrong. I reached out to rolotravel.com support and it did take a little while to hear back, but they eventually replied and checked everything for me.

In the end, they fixed the issue and sent the details over again. It wasn’t perfect because of the wait, but you can’t really complain too much when they do sort it out properly. I’d probably use them again

Booking only took a few minutes and I didn’t run into any major issues, which was nice. That said, I kind of felt ignored during the process, like there wasn’t much support or attention if I had a question.

I was trying to get in touch before my trip and just never heard back, which was frustrating. I kept waiting for a reply and checking, thinking maybe they’d get back to me soon, but nothing came through. It made the whole thing feel a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

"Nice weekend trip, just a small wait on support"

"Honestly, not worth what I paid"
I don’t know, the whole thing just felt overpriced to me. Like, the prices looked high already, and then the extra fees started piling on, which was annoying. I kept thinking maybe the service would feel more premium or easier somehow, but it really didn’t feel any better than the cheaper travel sites I’ve used before. The booking was fine, I guess, but not special. And for the money, I expected more. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless the price dropped a lot

"Refund was a hassle"
I had to cancel my booking. The refund process was frustrating. Support did reply, but the timelines kept changing. I had to follow up more than once. I did get my money back in the end. It just wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.

"The whole flight situation felt off"
I booked my flights through Rolo Travel Bag it just didn’t feel smooth at all. The times were kind of confusing, updates seemed to come too late, and I kept having to reach out for stuff that should’ve been clear from the start. It left a bad impression, and I really don’t think I’d use them again.

I’m usually a little skeptical when companies make the whole thing sound too smooth and polished, but this actually went fine. They set up my rides, the drivers showed up when they were supposed to, and we didn’t have to chase anyone down or stress about it

"Payment page had me sitting there second-guessing everything"
I got all the way to checkout, but the payment page just didn’t feel right. It looked a little sketchy, and I didn’t feel confident putting my card info in. I kept trying to be patient and give it a chance, but i don’t like being forced to wait around and convince myself something is safe. In the end, I backed out before paying.

"A few itinerary details were off"
I booked through rolotravel.com and the trip itself turned out okay, nothing major went wrong. But the itinerary had a couple of details that weren’t quite right. One pickup time didn’t match what the local operator had, and one of the hotels was listed with older info. I had to send a few messages around just to confirm things, which was a bit annoying. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely made the planning feel more stressful than it should’ve

"Nice guide, easy day out"
I’m not always the best at keeping up on tours because I get distracted and ask too many random questions, but our guide was really patient and clearly knew his stuff. He stayed polite the whole time and made the day feel smooth and easy.

"Not the best stay for me"
I can’t say if this is how the whole hotel is, but my room wasn’t great. It felt dirty, and there was a lot of noise, so I didn’t really get a good rest. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t be too eager to stay again.

The hotel was fine overall, nothing amazing but comfortable enough. The tours were the main issue for me because they felt rushed, like we were just being moved from one place to the next. Not saying it’s a scam, but I did expect the experience to feel a bit more relaxed and better organized

"Checkout costs were kinda confusing"
I was about to place my order and then extra fees popped up right at the end, which was annoying tbh. I wish they showed everything earlier so I knew the real total before getting to checkout. Felt a little unclear and caught me off gaurd.
